Born in July 1981 and grown up in the Ruhr area, I moved quite often with my family through Germany. Now I live in the small City named Limburg an der Lahn, between Cologne and Frankfurt.
2003 - 2005
Apprenticeship
In 2003 I started my three years lasting training at icsMedia GmbH in Münster, which was a subsidiary company of the Aschendorff Medien GmbH.
July 2006
Self-Employment
In July 2006 I started my freelance work. Together with a good friend we initiated a shared office named Piratelove in the harbour of Münster, which brought five people together working on all kinds of new media.
2008 - 2009
Relocation & Travelling
2008 I left the shared office to move to Limburg, which is located between Frankfurt and Cologne. Later that year I started to travel around Latin America. Arrived there, I lived for one year in Guanajuato in Mexico and in 2009 a half year in Santiago de Chile.
2010 until today

Early 2010 back in Germany I started freelancing for mister bk! in Limburg and also doing other projects on my own under the name welovedsgn until today.

In the beginning of 2008 Holger Gerka asked me if I would like to produce the new website for Bettenmanukfaktur. Immediately we met and talked about his ideas and needs. It figured out, that he needed a shopping system which included a content management system. As I could not find any open source project, I started coding one from scratch, fitting his requirements. This system was build with MySQL, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript/jquery.

Together in Berlin
A new festival concept with changing topics.
I heard from Stephi about her new festival concept, introducing different artists with the same origin, but switching every year to another country. The idea behind, getting in contact with other cultures and new facets of music, I really liked. Christian from 100herz started designing this site and I decided supporting them with coding. Most important was bringing the content to nearly everybody, that's why we used German and English and for programming, Bootstrap behind the scenes. It was a really nice project a and nice experience. Thanks to Christian & Stephi!
The Opel heritage department's website for the support of their international fan clubs.
In January 2012 I was requested by mister bk! for the new website of Opel Club Betreuung with the following requirements:

That's why we decided using the open source content management system webEdition.

EBS Lights
Website for the specialists in event technology.
In the middle of 2013 I was asked again by mister bk! to produce a website together with them for the customer EBS LIGHTS GmbH from Limburg. This time the requirements changed to the project before:

multilingual pages
responsive layouts
responsive programming
using a gridsystem
using the newest technologies to embed video content
Once again, we decided to use the open source CMS webEdition, which is quite comfortable in handling and also very extensive in it's area of application.
In the early days 2014, mister bk! recruited me to build up the new webshop for Augenweide, which had only some retail stores in the city of Limburg and Wiesbaden until that time. The requirements for this project had been the following:

connecting the shop to the common payment provider
connecting the shop to amazon & eBay
As we are very experienced in different open source ecommerce software's like xt:Commerce, Veyton or JTL-Shop, we decided choosing Magento because of it's growing community, the flexibility, it's perfect link to HTML5 and CSS3 and it's working and fast support.
At spring 2008, Germa Claus from freischuetz, nowadays Werbeagentur-Ammerland, asked me to produce the website for Tischlerei & Fenstertechnik Läken. Because of it's closeness to the Netherlands, it was necessary to code it in German and Dutch. I liked that project especially because of the design.
